Shanghai Rogers Valve Co., Ltd. Selected by Jinli Pharma to Address Pharmaceutical Fume Emission Challenges
Shanghai Rogers Valve Co., Ltd. has been awarded a contract by Jinli Pharma to supply motorized ventilation butterfly valves for resolving fume management challenges in its new pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Chosen through a rigorous bidding process, Rogers Valve demonstrated expertise in emission control solutions for high-purity industrial environments.
The motorized butterfly valves will be deployed in critical exhaust systems to manage and neutralize chemical vapors generated during drug production. Engineered with corrosion-resistant materials and hermetic sealing technology, the valves ensure reliable containment of hazardous fumes while maintaining compliance with global environmental and GMP standards. Their automated operation enables real-time airflow adjustment, optimizing energy efficiency and operational safety.
Jinli Pharma highlighted Rogers Valve’s customized design approach and validated performance in pharmaceutical emission control as key selection criteria. The valves will be installed ahead of the facility’s Q4 2024 commissioning, aligning with the project’s sustainability objectives.
